![]() ![]() TL dr - New Outlook (and only New Outlook) isn't fetching mail for a single O365 account on a single machine. This single account in New Outlook will say it is synced (no error is shown), but it does not refresh new mail from the O365 server. ![]() ![]() The problem does NOT occur on any of our other Macs for the same account, with the web interface for Outlook, in "legacy" Outlook on the same machine, in the stock Apple mail app, on mobile devices, etc. On "New Outlook" (version 16.69) - and only in "New Outlook" on exactly one of my MacBook Pros, I'm having trouble with a single inbox fetching new mail. ![]()
